Premier Plus Downloads

The Premier Plus Download information resources are made available upon request, to customer, 3rd party developer or Independent Software Vendor, for the purpose of integrating their existing application or development of new application, to work with Ricoh Multi-functional device and Laser Printer.

The joining fee for the Premier Plus Members is US$4500 and the optional annual renewal fee is US$3000. Prior to joining the program, the developer would be required to sign an NDA & Service Support Agreement with Ricoh Asia Pacific and made the payments for the joining fee.

The following items/services would be available to Premier Plus Members:
(a) All versions of Java Device SDK and RDSv3 SDK.
(b) SDK Induction Training
(c) Technical Support services provided via RiDP Forum
(d) Compatibility testing provided for developer’s application to work with Ricoh Devices
(e) Opportunity to promote their developed application, via RA Public Web and our regional RiDP seminar, to Ricoh AP Sales Company

1. Ricoh Document Solution V3 SDK
This consists of two components:
(a) ScanRouter EX Output Plug-in SDK
(b) ScanRouter DocumentServer SDK

(a) This covers the construction of modules that distributes documents to various types of output equipment and document management servers using ScanRouter EX and the information necessary for development. ScanRouter EX(Delivery Server) has functions for specifying the distribution target for documents (consisting of single or large groups) input from various types of input equipment (faxes, scanners, etc.), based on the sorting information (short ID, fax transmission ID, TSI, etc.) and outputting them to the output equipment designated by the target.

(b) This is a set of COM components, used to develop custom Windows applications that can access ScanRouter DocumentServer V2.

2. Embedded Software Architecture SDK (Device SDK/J)

Embedded Software Architecture is a Java(JavaME) based application platform where Device SDK Type-J (SDK/J) is activated. SDK/J supports Connected Device Configuration (CDC) 1.1 in Java Platform Micro Edition (JavaME) and complys with Foundation Profile (FP) 1.1

SDK/J is classified into 2 types as usage.

a) Xiet Type - An application that displays GUI on MFP operation panel.

b) Server Type - A Web Application Server that performs on MFP/LP.
